Epidemics

Crap. A small epidemic has swept through these couple blocks where I've been staying. I've avoided getting it (whatever it is) so far.

That might be because I wear a gas mask quite a bit, now. With the various nerve gases going about, it's been sort of required. I've also been wearing a hoodie (an Organization XIII hoodie, natch), gloves and long pants. It's not the best protection, but I'll have to do with what I've got.

Also, I feel like Riku. Wearing the enemy's uniform to fight them. And I have silver hair. Which I dye. Shut up.

ANYWAYS. Epidemic. Word is that there's been a mark carved onto the walls in some of the apartments. Something like an S. It's weird.

God, that's the last thing we need. The Archangel/Wooden Girl war is increasing in intensity, it seems. There was word of a fight a couple streets down, and I had to personally kill a Wooden Girl follower who attacked me. She had a red armband on, with a maple leaf on it. Is she some kind of patriotic Canadian or something?

Someone came to town

Well, that was probably the freakiest thing I've seen. I was tracking a certain someone, then happened upon an apartment building. I entered, only to find that everyone was dead. They had sores everywhere, and the couple people still alive were busy coughing to death. There was a symbol sketched onto the wall that I don't know.

As I watched, veins of some black material moved through the walls, almost as if the wood of the walls were getting diseased, and they started to crumble. I got the hell out of there as fast as I could. Hopefully I didn't catch anything.
